HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?

Our subscriptions are a one time sign up process. Once you sign up and pay, you don't have to worry about getting on our website to pay again next month. Once it’s paid, we will schedule appointments with you to come by in advance, and get to work! Whether you’re home or at work, we can come by and get the job done.

CAN I GET A ONE TIME CLEANING?

Although our subscriptions are the main thing we advertise, we actually do offer one-time cleanings. Contact us through our website here, and we can set up an appointment. For residential homes, we charge $5-6/pane. Message us and we can give you a quote. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We currently service in Utah County and Salt Lake County, and soon will be serving in Gilbert, Tempe, Phoenix, and Mesa AZ. Our company is growing and we can't wait to clean homes around the country!

DO YOU CLEAN BUSINESS OFFICES, OR JUST RESIDENTIAL?

We clean both residential homes and business offices. The price depends on the size of the building, where it’s located, and how many office buildings you have. Business subscriptions are coming soon, but will be different than the residential subscription rates.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Once you’ve subscribed to one of our window cleaning services, you can cancel at any time. Just contact us and we can help you take care of this. We’re sad to see you go, but we understand that every situation is different.

DO THE SUBSCRIPTIONS INCLUDE CLEANING THE INSIDE OF MY WINDOWS?

Our window cleaning subscriptions only include cleaning the outside of windows, unless you also select the Indoor Window Cleaning subscription add-on. On our schedule page, we have the option of Indoor Window Cleaning listed as $0.29/mo per pane. Add this option to your cart, and make the quantity the # of panes your home has. Not sure how many panes you have? Contact us to schedule a free consultation and we can give you a quote. 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY WINDOWS CLEANED?

We recommend getting your windows cleaned  every 3 months to prevent bacteria growing and oxidation happening on the glass. We suggest cleaning your windows at least once a year, but if you want to preserve the life of your windows the longest, cleaning your windows every 3 months is optimal. 

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON A SCHEDULED CLEANING DAY?

Rain or shine, we can get the job done. Our workers are strong and used to working in these kinds of weather conditions. If there is any kind of snow or tropical storm predicted to take place, we can reschedule your appointment.

WHAT ARE PRICES LIKE FOR ONE-TIME CLEANINGS?

One time cleanings cost $4.89/pane. You can schedule a one-time cleaning by contacting us at fullerwindowcleaning@gmail.com. If you’re interested in saving up to 50%, check out our subscriptions! Our subscriptions are a set payment per month no matter how many window panes your home has. 

ARE THE PRODUCTS USED TO CLEAN MY WINDOWS SAFE FOR MY FAMILY AND THE ENVIRONMENT?

All of the soaps and cleaners we use are gentle and eco-friendly. When we rinse the windows and the residue falls into the grass or yard, it will be recycled and will not affect the health of your plants or family.

WHAT IF IT RAINS THE DAY AFTER A CLEANING?

Contrary to popular belief, rain and snow don’t actually make your windows dirty. When your windows look dirty after a rainstorm, it’s because the water groups together the dirt particles making them easier to see rather than sitting as a flat sheet of dirt on your window. If it rains the day after a cleaning, your windows will still look good as new.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE WINDOW CLEANING SUBSCRIPTION?

To pay for a subscription, simply go to our schedule tab in the main menu, select the subscription and/add-ons you’d like to purchase (for indoor window cleaning and window sill cleaning, select the quantity of window panes your home has), enter your information and address in the “Notes” section, enter your payment information, and place the order. We will reach out to you shortly after to schedule your first few appointments. 

HOW DO I PAY FOR A ONE-TIME WINDOW CLEANING?

To pay for a one-time window cleaning, contact us at fullerwindowcleaning@gmail.com with the # of window panes you have and we can give you a quote, or to schedule a free consultation where we’ll come by and give you a quote. Once the quote is communicated and confirmed, we will send you an invoice through Paypal, Venmo, or Square Cash (whichever you prefer)

AM I REALLY SAVING 50% WITH THE QUARTERLY CLEANING?

Actually, you’re most likely saving MORE. This subscription is 50% off what our one-time cleaning rate would be for the average home but with unlimited panes. Most window cleaning companies that have subscriptions charge different amounts for their subscription depending on how many panes your home has, but we charge a set amount per month no matter how many panes your home has.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL WINDOW CLEANING SESSION LIKE? WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

The window cleaning starts with getting in touch with you to create an appointment. Once we show up, we’ll get straight to work. Our workers are trained professionals who know what they’re doing. We don’t expect any kind of setup or preparations from you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them. We’re so grateful for your business and we want to make this as easy and carefree as possible.
